All our furniture is custom-made or made-to-order. Orders are usually processed within 10–15 business days after confirmation. You’ll receive an update once your product is dispatched from our manufacturing unit.
2. Shipping Time
- Bangalore deliveries: 7–10 business days after dispatch.
- Other cities: 15–20 business days after dispatch (depending on location and product type).
- Remote areas: Delivery times may vary slightly based on logistics partner availability.
3. Delivery Partners
We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure your furniture is delivered safely and on time. Our team coordinates closely with the delivery partners to give you updates and assist with smooth delivery.
4. Delivery Charges
- Within Bangalore: Based on location.
- Outside Bangalore: Charges may apply based on distance and product size. Our team will inform you before dispatch.
5. Inspection on Delivery
We recommend checking the product at the time of delivery. If there’s any damage or defect, please inform our delivery team immediately or contact us within 24 hours with photos or videos.
6. Delays
In case of unforeseen circumstances (such as high order volume, weather, or transport delays), delivery times might be extended. We’ll notify you promptly if that happens.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we’ll share tracking details via WhatsApp or email so you can follow your order until it reaches you.
Return & Replacement Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
As our products are custom-made to order, returns or cancellations are not accepted once manufacturing has begun. However, we do offer support in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong product (different model or finish).
2. Reporting an Issue
If you notice any issue with your order, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos at info@themapletree.in or WhatsApp us at +91 80738388283. Our quality team will review the case and arrange for a suitable resolution.
3. Replacement Process
If the product qualifies for a replacement, we’ll arrange a pickup and replacement at no extra cost. In some cases, our technician team may visit to repair or replace the damaged part.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made furniture with user-selected dimensions or fabric.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.
- Minor variations in color, grain, or texture — as natural wood and fabric materials may vary slightly.
5. Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only if replacement or repair isn’t possible. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
